Orders

If the item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will inform you by e-mail and give you an indication of when we expect to be able to deliver your order. If the delivery timescale is not acceptable your order may be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of delivery, with the exception of books. If you wish to cancel your order, within seven days, please inform us by e-mail. All items must be returned, unused, in their original packaging to: -
Pippablue, 1 Middle Stret, Galway, Ireland.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be liable for returned goods, which are lost or damaged in transit. For your protection, we suggest that you return the goods by recorded delivery or registered post. You can expect to receive a cheque or a credit refund will appear on your credit/debit card within thirty days of our receipt of the goods. We will not by liable for any further delivery costs, whatever the reason where the purchaser fails to take delivery at the supplied delivery address. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items which have been personalised, as requested.

Payment Types Accepted

When you have decided on what you would like to purchase, proceed to our checkout where your online credit card payments will be handled securely by PayPal.
If you prefer, we are happy to take your order by phone. If you are paying by personal cheque, please note that your order will be dispatched when the cheque has been cleared, which usually takes about 1 week.
