Japanese Imports

On this web site all fabrics are measured by the meter and sold in fat quarter units. If you order more that one unit of the same fabric it will be cut as one length.

A fat quarter is a cut of fabric which measures typically 50cm x 56cm instead of the typical 25cm x 112cm quarter-meter cut. The longest side's dimension will vary if your fabric is other than 112cm wide.

Buying Guide-lines

Fat Quarters: Enter the number of fat quarters you would like to purchase in the qty field.

Half a meter = 2 fat quarters
1 meter = 4 fat quarters
1.5 meter = 6 fat quarters
2 meters = 8 fat quarters
And so on...

If you order more that one unit of the same fabric it will be cut as one length. Please give us a call if you have any questions on measurements or need help with purchasing fabric.
